Get Started

Learn how to use SmartMauzo App step by step, from registration to how to view your business reports daily.

Download and install App

In your Android phone go to Playstore write SmartMauzo in search box and select SmartMauzo App to start downloading and installing. When completed you will see smartmauzo icon in your phone and that means you installation is done.

To use SmartMauzo web just click this link Smartmauzo Web it will open the App in your favorite browser and you will continue to enjoy service.

Registration

To register your Account just follow the following simple steps.

  1. Open SmartMauzo App in your phone and App Login page will open
  2. Click "Don't have an account yet? Create here". This will open Signup page.
  3. Fill the form starting with your business's name up to the last field by following the instructions privided in each part of the form.
  4. Click Submit button to register
  5. If successfully your home page will be opened. And you ready to continue to enjoy our service.

Products

Here you will learn how to register your products, add new Stock and change prices in the App

How to Register Product

  1. In your home page go to PRODUCTS page.
  2. Click New Product button at the bottom of products page.
  3. New product page will open, enter your product name, select quantity measure, enter selling price, buying price and current stock quantity.
  4. Then click Save button. You are done.

How to Add Stock

  1. In Products list click the product you want to add stock.
  2. Product details page will open, then click NEW button right of in stock quantity.
  3. New Dialog will popup, then enter quantity of stock purchased and cost per unit.
  4. The click Save button. You are done

How to Change Price

  1. In Products list click the product you want to add stock.
  2. Product details page will open, then click NEW button right of seliing price.
  3. New Dialog will popup, then enter your new selling price.
  4. The click Save button. You are done

Jinsi ya kusajili huduma

  1. Kwenye ukurasa wako wa nyumbani nenda kwenye ukurasa wa Huduma.
  2. Bonyeza kitufe cha Huduma Mpya chini ya ukurasa wa huduma.
  3. Ukurasa wa huduma mpya utafunguka, ingiza jina la huduma na bei ya kuuza ya huduma
  4. Kisha bonyeza kitufe cha Hifadhi. Umemaliza.

Sales

Record your daily sales in your business in a very simple way when using Smart Mauzo App

These are steps to record your sales:-

  1. In sales list page click the "New Sale" button at the bottom of the page. POS page will open.
  2. Select customer in the dropdown list or click the "New Customer" to add new customer.
  3. Click the "Select Products" or "Select Services" button at the bottom of the page to select products/services sold to the customer.
  4. In the "Select products" or "Select services" page hold to select multiple products at once then click tick icon at the top right of this page to confirm products/services selected or click to select one.
  5. Products/Services selected will appear on the POS page and each will show quantity, price, total and discount. All columns will be zero except price
  6. Click on each "ZERO(0)" or (1 if service) in the quantity column to update the quantity sold of each product/service.
  7. App will do calculation and give you total amount.
  8. Enter amount paid by customer if paid.
  9. Click "Save" button. Your done.

How to add amount paid by customer to reduce/finish his/her debt

  1. Click menu icon at the top-left of home page.
  2. Select Debts.
  3. Debts page will open.
  4. In the list of debts select the customer which you want to add amount he/she paid for his/her debt.
  5. Click "Add amount Paid" button.
  6. Enter the amount and click "Save" button.

Expenses

Record your daily operating expenses in your business in a very simple way when using Smart Mauzo App

These are steps to record your expenses:-

  1. In expenses list page click the "New Expense" button at the bottom of the page. New expense page will open.
  2. Select expense type in the dropdown list or click the "New type" button to add new expense type.
  3. Enter amount used for the expense type selected.
  4. Click "Save" button. Your done.

Reports

SmartMauzo automatically generate different reports which enables you know the growth of your business in much simple way.

To view your reports in Smart Mauzo App follow these steps:-

  1. Click menu icon at the top-left of home page.
  2. Select Reports in menu list.
  3. Reports page will open. Then click on any report you want to view on the list of reports

My Account

You can do more with your SmartMauzo account like adding new Business, to add Sellers for each business and you can switch between your businesses and view progress of each business anytime, anywhere

How to add new business in SmartMauzo App.

  1. Click menu icon at the top-left of home page.
  2. Select My account.
  3. Account details page will open.
  4. Click the menyu at top-right of the page, then select "New Business".
  5. Dialog will open, The fill out the form as instructed in each section.
  6. Click "Save" button. Your new business will be added to your account and your can switch from one business to another to view reports

How to add Seller in your business registered in SmartMauzo App.

  1. Click menu icon at the top-left of home page.
  2. Select My account.
  3. Account details page will open.
  4. Click the menyu at top-right of the page, then select "Add Seller".
  5. Registration page will open, The fill out the form as instructed in each section.
  6. Click "Save" button. Your seller's account will be created associated with the business that currently you have choozen(If have registered more than one business)
